3^rd party audit to ensure contractor / subcontractors such as fabricators  of pipe ,structural steel  equipment and vale module s are within the clients specifications. This would include managing  documentation that is in compliance by code and owners/clients. Insuring mechanical joints, pressure testing are completed.
