30 plus years in the welding industry and construction. This industry has given many gifts of experiences, including early years in shipyards, coal preparation plants, manufacturing automobiles facilities, power plants, ammunition plants, chemical plants. Construction and completion of 12 Cryo plants and 3 De-Ethanizer plants in oil and gas.
The one common denominator is safety and quality control is first task learned from apprentice and journeyman craftsman. We as craftsman are the first inspector of each weld or mechanical task completed.
